Another code reader question

I want to buy a code reader. I read the posts below and I have a question. When you plug it in, it says for instance, the throttle possision sensor is bad. It says this in words, right! I dont want to pay a hundred bucks for a fancy box that has me counting buzzers or lights.

for 100bucks i think your getting lights and or beeps..especially OBD 1

The black and yellow DIGITAL code reader (no blinking lights but numbers) has a nice book that lists the codes meaning, explains the three codes, KOEO, CM, KOER and even has a way to check the cylinder balance to see if there is a weak cylinder. It can clear codes also. Good book. If you don't move very fast from front tire to seat get the optional extension cable for the wheel turning, gas pedal mashing, OD button tests for KOER.
