2006 Expy upgrades?

Newbie here. Looking to find out what is recommended for an 06 Expedition. I would like to change the exhaust, intake, and install a tune. Looking to increase MPG as it is my wife's daily driver.

Throwing thousands won't give you much more than a 1-2mpg. You can't squeeze blood out of a turnip. Too heavy.

I threw on my Flowmaster Delta 50 with 3.5" 18" long echo tip and got .5mpg. Not bad 220$. Next upgrade is taking out the mechanical fan and putting in dual 16" troyer electric fans.
