I called my buddy today and he said it is off-road. He has about 200 gallons left over from fueling boats and is using it until it runs out and then he will go back to using regular #2. I also found out that he does not heat the oil to refine it. I am kind of worried about using it now from all that I have read. But, he said that once a month he sends a sample to be tested and it exceeds ASTM standards. Is there a way to do it correctly without heat? Also, can I just heat the fuel in a 55 gallon drum to 140F just t make sure there is now water in it? Thanks

Do a pan test, get a sample of the fuel out of the jar and put it on the stove and heat it up, that will tell you if there is any water. The oil I pick up varies greatly in color, I've had biodiesel that I couldn't see through hardly at all, the oil was almost black, thinned up a little after reaction, but still couldn't hardly see through it.
