Parts n stuff

Can you all give me some recommendations on where to buy spare parts and other nice things to my Ex.
Normally I would buy from local dealers. However I have found some things searching the net, and I have to say the price difference is scary. I believe the Norwegian dealers are using calculators with really BIG numbers.
So, in order to save a $ or two, I thought of importing parts my self.
I have, trough a freight agent, established a US address. They will take care of shipping, customs and all that mess..
So guys.. whats you're best online places for parts and goodies..?

Thanks Ken, Paypal charges to much, I do cost plus % so I dont make a bunch of money, Visa/Mastercard/Discover get a little. So the pie is already small.

Could not find all the parts I'm looking for here.
So, I pop the question again...

Have any of you guys shopped from 1A Auto?

Or, can you tell me good places to get:
Mirrors like this
Headlights like this or front corner lights like this
Taillights for Econoline (told they fit on the Ex)
Yeah.. and exhaust.. my Norwegian dealer wanted $2000 for a complete exhaust system

I'm all new to shopping from US, so I would apreciate som help from you guys. I have a US address, so shipping within the US is taken care of.

Thanks in advance..

Those look like good prices from a reputable source. I have shopped there. I used to live about 15 minutes from the place! They got tons of stuff!

The exhaust will be your biggest dilemma as it is a bear to ship. You really need a complete exhaust?

Keep in mind that the Econoline taillight will require some wiring. It is a three wire system (signal independent of brake) and the Excursion is wired with a 2 wire system. brake and signal intertwined.) there are instructions here somewhere on how to do it.

Funny...it is a mod I plan on doing to my truck and was sitting here getting ready to research it!

Thanks Monsta..
As for the tail lights, my Ex is already upgraded to European wiring, as we must have orange signal. So I guess the Eco lights should be easy fix.

I don't need the complete exhaust, only from the cat. But when I first change, well... perhaps not.

I'm not sure what to do regarding the head lights. Just corners suit my wallet, but I like the looks of those lamps.

Guess I have to spend some plastic money now

Go with the 2008 type mirrors, there less expensive. They are listed on my front page.

The aftermarket lens from them are real inexpensive, not same quality as Fords but will do the job.

If you are unable to find parts listed please use the contact us link and i'll do my best to get you an answer.

If FORD sells it, FTEParts-Guy (Ed) can find it and the part #.

The online parts catalogs just can't list everything.

As well, if you are a sponsor Ed, your site should be listed under the sponsors page. I did not find you there...

Food for thought.
