Supid move washed the engine!

So yesterday we finally get a nice day just below freezing and I go and wash my 97 E-150 5.4L Starcraft Conversion van and spray down the top of engine compartment and now I have the check engine light and a heavy misfire upon acceleration.

So any idea what I smoked? I am taking it to the dealer tomorrow morning to be fixed!

Does any one know of a EEC software package that I can use on my laptop like Tweeker that will work for both my van and my 89 Mustang.
