miss firing
i have a 97 F-250HD with 351. when its under load it miss fires. when i bought the truck i put just some cheap plugs in it. but was told that i have to put motocraft in it apparently thats whats suppose to be in there. that with the motorcraft in there it would stop the miss firing when under load. had new cap and wires on it those are good.

I'd say put the specified Motorcraft plugs in it and let us know if it works. Besides being cheap, you may have inadvertantly switch heat ranges to a hotter plug when they where cross-referenced. It has never been more important to run the correct plugs than it is with today's computer controlled engines.
