89 7.3 Smoking engine?
Hi everyone. I just started my 89 F350 7.3L for the first time in a couple of weeks and took it for a 10 mile drive. When i got back i popped the hood to check the oil and noticed some smoke. I removed the air cleaner and noticed it was coming out of the intake manifold. Any ideas what would cause this would be great. Thanks

Id take off the CDR valve and soak it in some gasoline or something that wont eat up the rubber diafram in the inside. If little pieces of rubber fall out your gonna need a new one. This is going to be a dealer item that cost $62.00 Dollars, Green Sales company looked it up for me and no dealer around the Cincinnati Area had one. There was someone though in Indiana, but im sure if you go to the dealer they could ship it.
