Help with code 2000 Exp
I'm getting a the code P1405, after some searches it said to check the hoses on the DPHE? Where do I find this? I did find a site that said its a black box with a 3 wire connection and a couple of hoses. Is this the firewall,fender wall?

Remove the black plastic cover that says 4.6 or 5.4 on it (located on top of the throttle body. Standing on the driver's side of the engine bay you will be looking right at it. It has an electrical connector, 2 or 3 vacuum lines and is held on by two bolts. It looks about 2" x 3.5".
1. Disconnect (-) from battery
2. Remove 4.6 cover (10mm?)
3. Disconnect electrical connector (this will be on the right hand side)
4. Disconnect vacuum hoses (these will come straight up from below)
5. Remove the 2 bolts (10mm?)
6. Install new part
7. Do steps 5 through 1 in that order
1. Disconnect (-) from battery

5. Remove the 2 bolts (10mm?)
6. Install new part
