I have already done that and checked the harmonic balancer mark also. Looks like I did this for nothing. I was hoping I put it in wrong but was straight up. Now gotta get it back together by tomorrow afternoon.

By the way, when I set my timing chain up, the '0' position set the timing mark at the center of the sprocket tooth...

Well got it back together. So back where I started. I did start it up checked vaccum and closed idle needles had 15 inches vac, and it would run but idle was up and down. Tomorrow will put new plugs in check timing again before starting on carb.
