08 color choice help
Hello everyone, Im going to be returning to the dealer Monday to finalize my purchase of my 2008 Ford Escape XLT 4WD. I need to decide if I want to go with a Tungsten Grey Metallic or a Black Pearl Slate Metallic. The problem is they have neither in stock so I can"t get a reference to how dark the Black Pearl is. The Tungsten looks silverish in pics, but I can't tell if the Black Pearl is more of a dark Grey or Black. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I looked at both and chose the Tungsten Grey Metallic as I thought that the Black Pearl SLate Metallic was too dark for my liking. I also like the silver as it is a little lighter than the Tungsten. I really like the Escape so far with a little over 6K miles on it. I got the XLT 4WD with the V6.

my father in law just picked up the black pearl and it looks good just like black pretty much with a glitter to it.....also i liked the way the black pearl blends in the plastic trim around the bottom of the doors and rear.......i would suggest to get the option of the intergrated steps as that cleans the whole bottom up and looks good !! his new escape is the v6 and it drives ok, as i was expecting more form a little ute with 200 hp but i always want more power.....
