I have a co worker who is currently look to put a 4 inch suspension and 3 inch body lift on his 02 ranger fx4 and he wanted me to find him some good wheels and tires. I was just wondering if anyone uses beadlocks and what brand they use. or any other good rims out there?

Bead locks is for extreme wheeling, not really needed for your average Joe. There are alot of good wheels on the market, a strong one is the alcola's (NOT SURE OF THE SPELLING) like ford uses on the ranger level II's. As far as tires, I'm a big believer and suporter of BFG KO's for an awesome all terrain tire. They also make a excellent mud tire as well as a rock crawling tire. BFG is the #1 off/road tire in desert and score racing.

I was just thinking of going with the beadlocks becasue they look awesome and work good to. im thinking of going with the super swamper tsl radials becasue thats what i use on my truck and they work awesome

true beadlocks are not for use on the roads, but there are simulated ones that look nice... Alcoas are forged aluminum, the best for strength; some you still have to polish all the time, but they have a new durabright process that eliminates polishing on semi wheels... hopefully that will be put on their truck wheels....
