idle problem
my ride is a 89 f-250, with a 5.0l in her. i swamped it yesterday, but didnt hydroloc it.. it turned over right away, but would start for a 3 hours or so.. once it started up and all the water spit out it ran kinda sluggishly, and if i took my foot off the gas, it would die. But. It WOULD start up instantly after. Any suggestions on what it would be. Ive replaced the plugs and wires, and my distributer is sealed.. Thanks in advance

Try cleaning the IAC/Idle Air Control on the side of the throttle body.It is easy to get to and it is secured with only two screws--if I remember correctly.
It allows air to bypass the closed throttle plates when idling and determines the idle speed.
