Problem w/ DP?

Ok guys, I installed my new DP on tuesday. The truck does seem to be smoother and have a little more power but for some reason it doesnt seem to be boosting as fast as with the edge. With the edge I would occasionaly set the ses light for overboost faults. Now even in the 140 aggresive foot to the floor the most I see is maybe 21lbs and it seems to take forever to get there.

I should also mention that about 2 weeks the intake plenums were resealed, the exhaust y-pipe was replaced, turbo resealed and ww installed. The intercooler pipes, clamps, and hoses were all cleaned and tightened. (No I didnt do any of the work, but the work was done by a very respected local diesel shop.)

I did take a quick peak at all the intercooler pipes and make sure there was nothing loose or sliped off. And I havnt had a chance yet but plan on using a smoke leak detector to check for any leaks.

I was just wondering if anyone might have any ideas as to what this might be. Could it possibly be DP? I know I took my time cleaning the terminal and making sure the chip was all the way on.

build a leak detector and check for boost leaks..also start the truck up and feel behind the turbo where the up pipes connect and see if you feel any exhaust blowing out of there...feel down near the donuts and around the V clamp..with the babies butt (Y pipe) there is a dowel pin that needs to be lined up with a hole in the back of the turbo...some times it doesn't seal there cause there not lined up right....
