HELP! TailLights not Working..
i was installing aftermarket licence plate lights on my rear ranchhand bumper and touch the black wire with the brown wire from the factory connections of the licence plate lights and all except my headlights went out. im figuring its just a fuse or something but lost my manual and cant figure it out. Also the aftermarket license plate light have only one wire. Please Help.

I had a link for a site that had all of the owner's manuals in pdf but cannot find it now. My manual for my '02 shows the following fuse locations:
#17 is for exterior lamps
#18 is for the turn lamps/Brake on off switch
#6 is for trailer tow turn/stop relay
