Anyone know what happened with the guy in Texas who shot those two next door burglers? Has it gone to trial or what? Also I can't find out when that anti-Quran movie by Geert Wilders in Holland will be shone. I think it was originally gonna be in Jan or Feb but was postponed till Mar. Even Google is no help. Can't wait to see this one.

No disposition yet. Those two "burglers" were teenage boys cutting across his yard.
The "teenagers" were in their 30's, so I think you are referring to a different event. The old guy who shot the burglers (correct label) was Joe Horn in, I believe Pasadena, Texas.

You are right .... different event. Here is the one I was referring to
Kaufman man defends shooting that started tragic chain of events
Updated: March 7, 2008
KAUFMAN, Texas (AP) - A Kaufman man who shot a 15-year-old boy in the arm because the boy was near his front window says he feared the boy and his friend would break into his house. W.C. Frosch is 74 years old.
In his words "I don't think I had really much choice. I think I was justified in what I done."
The shooting set of a tragic chain of events which ended with the friend's mother killed in a traffic accident while taking the two teens to the hospital Saturday night.
The wounded teen, Brandon Robinson, has said that he and 16-year-old Devin Nalls were innocently cutting across Frosch's property next door to the Nallses.
Robinson has said they were on their way to check out a party down the street. But Frosch says he still believes the teens planned to break into his house.
The Kaufman County sheriff's office has said the boys were committing no crime when Frosch shot Robinson under the left arm.
Frosch hasn't been charged with a crime, but the case will be referred to a grand jury this month. In declining to arrest Frosch, authorities have cited the state's new "castle law."
