Welsh gas guzzler,
Welcome to FTE and the IDI diesel forum.
Measure the diameter of the front lockout hub.
Over 4" is a Dana 50 IFS.
Under 4" is a Dana 44 IFS.
I will check my measurements again tomorrow, but I seem to remember the 44 is a 3.75" diameter hub.
If it is like most trucks here, the extended cab will have a 50 under it.

Hey safe travels to and fro
Make sure when you do order from Rock Auto that you order quality parts not the cheap parts "white box" stuff.
I have a very good mechanic friend that prefers to use Moog sus*****on parts. I have a bunch of moog parts here waiting to go into my wifes car..nice looking stuff

Since you are going to have it apart, you definetely want to get hub seals and repack the bearings. It would also be a good idea to buy a set of spindle bearings and the seals for the back side of the spindles. There's a good chance you can just regrease your existing ones, but you'll have them if you need them.
If my memory serves me, the Dana 60 and Dana 50 use the same size socket for the bearing adjustment nuts. The OTC part # for the socket is 7158.

required tool when you need to get behind your hubs, for example when repairing u-joints behind the wheel or routine maintenance of repacking wheel bearings etc.
