I know this is probally a beaten to death topic but i cant find a thread that talks about the installation. Im wondering how hard it is to install the typical pyro, trans and boost guages into a pillar mount. anyone have a link to installing these guages or explain the install before i pull the trigger? also what set of guages does everyone around here recommend? Thanks.

If you buy the guages it should come with instructions. Go to ITP Diesel and I think they have a printiable install PDF with color pictures. I ordered mine from Dennis there and he sent me great instructions. Quite easy, just put aside a day to do it. I did mine without the pre-assembly, which is the way to go to save a few $$

I put in DiPricols from ITP. Excellent gauges, but you'll pay a bit more for them.
Installation is very straight forward. If you haven't tapped before, you might pick up some scrap to practice on.
