Excellent.
You need this exact brake booster.

Bendix Number *12669*
FT number on Push rod - FT-44

This one has been tested, and paint restored..plus it works.

That's the thing.. if it looks like the one shown...there isn't a bracket...because your truck is built after DJ0001

It goes right thru to the brake pedal and mounts to the firewall.

see the push rod on this one ?

This one needs the firewall fulcrum bracket

ok ,but the four studs in the back of the booster will not mount on my truck without drilling holes and surely there is a way to mount it without doing that.

Nope, that's it.
You also need the power brake pedal and possibly the Brake pedal assembly.

You have to drill holes for the booster to mount to the firewall.

I presume you have manual brakes and the Master cylinder is mounted to the firewall with 2 bolts ?

You have to drill holes and there should be some dimples in the metal to show you where to drill.

thanks for your post on the brake booster Mil1ion, I went and checked what you said about there being dimples showing the place I need to drill but my truck doesn't have any. there is a plate where the master cylinder was bolted that has two flanges that sticks out about 1" that goes down and around the steering column.these ridges will not let the booster fit up agianst the firewall. "THANKS FOR ANY HELP"

Please take a pic so I can see what you are talking about.

Sometimes It is really tough to figure out everything from an illustration.

I don't see many Manual brakes trucks.

This is how it usually looks.
