I ran across a thread talking about hood decals/lettering/badges which ever you prefer. It had pics and info on the size and font I believe. I have searched and searched and cannot find it. Can anyone steer me in the right direction?
search e-bay for this seller he has the decals your loking for. I bought my "Got Smoke" decal and my "7.3L Powerstroke" hood decals from him. he's a great seller and he shipped my decals the same day I ordered from him.

My '08 F-450 is due in tomorrow; I like those chrome badging inserts, but I went to your site (www.ftepartsguy.com) and can't find anything for the '08 SuperDuties. What did I do wrong?
Those decals are not a factory Ford part, And the online catalog is always months behind when it comes to new vehicles.
as for the inserts I have the tailgate ones in stock, they are real nice. But a little pricey. I've had them for awhile so I'll sell them for cost plus 10% which equals $137.50
Thanks for the quick reply Ed. That is more than I expected and there are some higher priorities just waiting to get purchased and installed, but I'll keep them in mind.
Sorry to move two of your threads in a row, David, but I know the decal/lettering you're talking about and it was posted by one of the guys in here in the 7.3L section originally. I'm sure one of them will remember who posted it, or have a link handy.
If I remember correctly they said "7.3L Powerstroke Diesel" and were in a sort of cursive or italics font. Went on the raised up part of the hood.
