Steering again

I still have small steering probs. I checked alignment tightened up gear box. I was wondering if ball joints could be my culprit. I have 240k on it with alot of hauling and have never changed them. Opinions anyone?

Jack the truck up and wiggle tire and look or have someone look and see how much play you have. With that many miles more than likely you have play. If so get some moogs with grease fitting's and replace.
