400 Stroker Setup

Does anyone know of a crank manufacturer who can/does provide a stroker crank for the 400 engine ?
I realize a machinist can offset grind the crank and we could get 427 cubes, but I'd be more interested in an aftermarket setup that has not been offset ground.
Another source of mine said that Super Ford magazine did an article about someone from Jack Rousche building a 460 stroker with SVO heads.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
