Question Tire Rim Question 2001 f-250 7.3

I posted this on another forum so if it is int eh wrong place sorry i am new here an i understand if it gets moved. I am going to upgrade my 2001 16" rims to 17" rims and tires. I have the rims picked out but i want to make sure that i can add the tires i want and not have a problem. The truck is stock and has a 7.3 power stroke in it so i have to get load range E tires so i want to make sure i am right in my thinking. I am going to go with a 18" rim with a Yokohama Geolander 265/70/17. Will you guys see any problems with this set up??? I am just concerned about the tires rubbing and the turning radius! Bolt pattern on the rims is 8x170 and the back spacing is 4.75in. Let me know as i am wanting to get these ordered and this project underway!! E-mail is the quickest way to reach me but i will try to check in more often!! Thanks for all your help and advice!!

Does your truck have any lift? I know I used to run 305/70/16 on my stock rims and they rubbed the mudflap a little but nothing major. Now I have a leveling kit and I removed the mud flaps and theres no rub at all.

You can't put a 17 inch tire on a 18 in rim
