Talking about amusement park rides. A couple of months ago, one of the finance managers(female) was having a going away party. I was 'told' that I was driving to the luncheon per her request. What a hoot it was having a bunch of suits in my truck. I kept hearing 'Oh my god' while I was driving. The lady manager pulled me aside later and thanked me because the drive was the highlight of her day.
I once picked up two corporate executives at the airport after they landed in their company jet. After about fifteen minutes, I asked them how they were doing, and they both said how much they were enjoying the ride in my truck.
Needless to say, we ended up winning a large job after their visit.
i do get the high up thing too, but the best is that my gas tank is in the cab behind the back seat (stock for early PUs) and they ask me what is that sloshing around? and i tell them its the gas tank behind their seat. most people start to freak out and get woried about it exploding or something. sometimes i also get why does it smell like gas in here? oh my gas tank is in here and it leaks a little. thats a good one too.
I love looking down into cars, you see some things that will remain unmentioned...
Passengers are always surprised that my truck MOVES out of the hole. (a slug, it's not)

My previous F250 was an '87 with the 460 ci. That engine could get all that iron moving in a hurry.

i was surprised when i moved my behind from a 1965 cuda to a 1963 f-100 and being that high up was a bit different... and driving it was WAY different from my norm. 1997 dodge stratus[it aint mine... its my moms] all that power steering, power breaks and hydrulic clutch was a big differance... LOL
