Harder to start in the morning.

I have noticed my 07 F150 take a couple seconds longer to fire in the morning. Also my radar dectors always resets itself if the truck has been sitting overnight. Running around during the day shutting the truck on and off the radar decector never resets.

Is this normal?

Any info welcome!

hi there!

are you noticing that it cranks longer than it would when its warmed up? thats pretty normal as long as you dont have to crank it longer than 4-5 seconds. my 04 does the same thing on a cold morning especially if its been sittin for a couple days. and for what your detector is doing, if the electircal system detects a current draw like if the thing is plugged in all night the "battery saver" system might kick in and cut the power off. it resets itself when you start the engine. if you got a high tech detector it might still draw current even if you power it off.
