Ford accessory parts
Does anyone know where and If I can find an end cap for my 2006 F250's running board or step bar. This bar is oval, it is chromed, and has an end cap on the back and front part of it (which seals it). I knocked the front drivers side cap off and do not want to purchase a new set of step bars.

You could try emailing www.powerstrokeshop.com or www.1stfordparts.com they may have it. But sounds like a tough part to find!

What year and style will work? I have an extra board from a crew cab in the garage that is going to go to the junk and I could pull it and send it to you if it will work. It may be a little scratched, but is from a 2000 or newer Super Duty. I won't be able to get to it till the end of the week though. I bought the board used a few years back to get the brackets to replace a couple of broken ones.

If you have a crew cab, then you may want to purchase these nerf bars... may not be any more than the new end-cap (if you can even purchase it from the dealership).
