I recently used this tuner on my 2003 E350 V-10. I'm using the 93 Octane performance setting. I'm just wondering if anyone here who has used this tuner could answer a couple of questions. It appears to me that even when using preset tunes, you can still can still adjust individual settings? I haven't touched any engine settings as the engine is running great.(feels stronger).
I did increase the torque modulation and shift pressure on all shifts and like the way the tranny is upshifting. The only gripe I have is the tranny is very reluctant to downshift out of OD on the highway making for difficult passing.(I don't completely gun it but I realize that does work). Is there a setting with this tuner that would make for a quicker downshift from 4 to 3. Thanks
