A long skinny screwdriver under the flange on the head might give you a little upward pressure while turning it? Hard to say, but you might be able to build something to pry on by placing a socket or something in there.

well i got it out but ruined the coils mount in the process
i ended up getting a pait of snips and working it out bit by bit
once out put loctite on the colet
had a spare coil is the only reason for taking it out that way
even prying up on it and trying with an electric 1/4in impact wouldnt get it out
