food creations?
ok I just whipped up this thing? salad? anti pasta? I don't know?
anyhow
sautee 1 cup sliced carrots with 1/2 onion and 5 cloves garlic until tender
add 1 diced zuchini only slightly cook it.
move to fridge to cool
cook 2 types of whole wheet pasta leaving firmrinse and cool
dice 1 bell peper
slice 1 can olives
peal and dice 1 apple
combine all of the above ingredients with a little ranch dressing
than cut 2 cans of drained artichoke hearts in half and fold in.
