Forget about how much your truck will pull, just make sure it STOPS!!! I've pulled a conversion van with a Ranger, but the trailer had 4-wheel brakes and I had no problems stopping all that weight. Safety First!!! Make sure your brake controller is working properly and the brakes are adjusted up right.
