2009 Ranger?!

I've been hearing rumors, some on this site, that the Ranger replacement F100 will be a unibody, styled after the Honda Ridgeline. Also heard rumors that the new F100 will be essentially a re-badged/grilled Mazda BT50 truck. The Ridgeline concept just plain old sucks, there are enough "trucks" out there for the soccer mom and cheerleader types. The BT50 rumor, if true, is quite interesting, as this seems to be a capable platform, diesel power and all. Hopefully they will be built here, and Ford and Mazda seem to have a good joint venture relationship. Has anybody heard anything? I really love my Ranger but it's not ready to be replaced quite yet (I get about 10 years out of a new vehicle). The Ranger line will be out of production when it's time for me to buy and it would be a shame to find out the replacement is a Ridgeline type fake truck.
