Superchips Microtuner/ EGR cooler problems

I have a Super Chips Microtuner, the power is awsum but for the second time I am having to bring my truck in for blowing antifreeze out the exhaust it starts slow and alll of a suden it pours out then blue smoke the dealer changed the EGR Cooler and the Oil cooler last time it is going back in Thursday for the same problem they say there are no signs of head gasket problems my MPG's have always been horrible 10 towing 12 with performance tune economy 11 any good ideas out there

superchips/ microtuner-egr cooler truck pumps anti freeze out off tailpipes dealer says egr cooler and oil cooler again truck runs great but starts to overheat

i seem to think its all these tuners causing problems.i have no tuner and no problems

Electod, are you towing when this happens or just daily driving does this? I have the same tuner and just wondering. Also what setting are you running?

1. correct grammer helps in life. 2. imo, your head bolts have stretched. that's good news they replaced the oil cooler along with egr cooler however they may be putting off the headgasket/bolt job.

I had the exact same problem.. I have the Superchips Flashpaq that I run on Performance tune. I recently started blowing white smoke, and about a week after that I noticed that my cooler bottle was empty with signs of overflowing. The dealer said that it was the EGR/ Oil Cooler, and replaced both. He said there was no signs of headgasket damage. The truck is running fine again, but I am worried that I might have this problem again now... For what it's worth, getting the EGR/ Oil coolers replaced did fix my problem of blowing white smoke...
