Excursion got a baby sister

Just got home. Picked this up for my daughter today. Low mileage, just like new. V8 4X4 with sunroof.

Have another girl buying this one. If she can't get the money, my brother wants it.

Nice Explorer. Try to get some pics of the two (or maybe the three) together.

A couple of times I've parked in a lot near an Expy and an Explorer. Kind of cool to compare sizes. So to speak.

Yeah, and she best not wreck it. She's on a learner's permit right now, can't
drive on her own for a short while yet. I get to drive it in the meantime.

Lucky daughter. I had to learn to drive on my mom's 74 Galixie 500 wagon.

Let's see the three trucks together in a photo

Kind of funny when the X is parked next to a suburban. Makes the sub look like a midsize suv

One other thing it is good you got her something with some metal around it instead of one of those tiny civics or something.

That was my sole intention.

I have seen too many kids mutilated and killed in cracker boxes.

I sold the green Explorer today. The girl that was looking didn't come through. Another guy looked at it Tuesday night and called back this morning to purchase it. Sold it for $300 less than I originally paid for it. So I think I came out pretty good. And the new guy got an excellent Explorer in the works too.

I will have to remember to snap one tomorrow morning. Because the new owner of the green Explorer will probably pick it up tomorrow evening.

By the way, Explorers are like Excursions. They are generally taking a beating on used car lots with the $3.25 gas prices. Especially if they have a v-8. I was very lucky to sell the green one for $300 less than I paid for it.
