2004 f350 deisel superduty
when you start truck in park it makes a slight lunge forward but does not move when put in reverse it goes forward when in neutral it goes forward when in drive on the road it shifts fine and acts fine, does anybody have an answer for that? I took tansmission pan off, it has 6 D size electric motors, a small black thin box on shifting levers shaft has 3 wires coming out of electric box. I am speculating that the box contols reverse, neutral and drive, and drive 1, and drive 2, but the lever does park, reverse, neutral, drive, 1 drive and 2 drive. Could it operate all those with 3 wires? or am i assuming this? Has anybody ever ran across this problem and can you help me? Thank you!
