Yeah you're right, they are hydraulic lifters. Need no adjustment, just keep them clean and oiled and DON'T mix the order up if you have to take them out,
This may be a little pedantic, but my service & repair manual gives these specific adjustments regarding to Cleveland rockers:
1) Rotate the engine til No. 1 cylynder is at t.d.c. on the compression stroke and install the rockers on exhaust valve Nos. 1, 3, 7, and inlet valve Nos. 1, 4, 8.
2)Rotate crankshaft 180 degrees.
3) Install the rockers for exhaust valve Nos. 2,6 and inlet valve Nos. 3 and 7.
4) Rotate the crankshaft a futher 90 degrees.
5) Install rockers on exhaust valve Nos. 4, 5, 8 and inlet valve Nos. 2, 5, 6.
6) Check that all fulcrum bolts are tightened to a torque of 23 ft/lb
The book describes how you adjust for valve lash, but basically that is done by using 0.060 or 0.060 shorter pushrods (which were available from Ford).
I'm guessing that you would only go to this trouble if you were making a race engine or similar.
