Beer Run
A guy I know let me listen to a song from YouTube today.
The group is called "Brocket 99"
Apparently from some place in Alberta.
Most of their songs where to explicit for my tastes, but the song
" Beer Run" had me rolling on the floor!

I guess I'm a sucker for song parodies (Weird Al) type.
I recognized the tune from somewhere in my subconscious (80s).
I believe the song was something with (going on a joyride)

I used to have a tape of that Brockett 99 thing - it was funny but had lots of racial slurs towards natives. That town lies between Ft Mcleod and the Crowsnest Pass along highway 3 in the Pincher Creek area.

I love the beer run song. I first heard it way back in the day, and we played teh crap outta it!
Im kinda out of that stage of my life now, but every now and then I listen to that song to remember the good ol days

I figured maybe he was trying to ridicule anti native prejudices by making a grotesque caricature of them (the prejudices)?
