Wont Idle
Its an 1982 ecomnoline van with a 302.
I rebuilt the carb, which is not the veriable venturi, and it does not want to idle.
However, if I turn up the curb idle screw till it does idle on its own, after about 15 seconds it kicks in and smooths out and idles on its own.
By this time then i have got to turn the curb idle screw down because its rpm is racing from me turning it up.
Any ideas why?
