went mudding today, lots O' noise

I haven't used my 4 wheel drive since last summer. I found a mud hole the weekend and went to play. Locked the hubs, shifted in 4x4 and went...noticed sqeeling. It went away after about 10 min. Also noticed when I push in the clutch, the truck wouldn't coast, it just stopped.
Is this normal, or is my trans. case "tight"

if it's squeeling... I wouldn't think that it's just not fully engaged.

When was the last time you changed the front diff fluid? I think your suppose to engage 4 wheel drive every few months to keep the diff properly lubed. Either way hope its an easy fix...
