speedo trouble
Any one had trouble with the speedometer? Just had my '06 in for side window replacement due to scratching and now my speedo say's I'm going 45 when I'm sittin still. I about had a grabber when I looked down to see I was going 100+!!!

Any help would be
great.

Mine did this. Ended up getting the entire instrument cluster replaced and havent had in problems in 25k

that would be an interesting way to freak out some people

That could be lots of fun actually

probally putting on lots of miles like that, or am i wrong?

The Speedo seems to be a common problem with the Superduty. If you search the forum you will find buch of posts. Mine would go to 0 when it got colder than 15 degrees. Warmed the truck up and all would work again. Got tired of it and took it in. Dealer replaced the cluster no based solely on my description. 1 hour later all was working as expected even in the cold.

Got it to dealer today, they couldn't repeat the issue so no fix at this time?

Sorry to hear that, try another dealer. Might call a few, describe your issue, and see if they will replace the cluster based on intermittent troubles.

I got lucky and was driving by the dealer when it was stuck at 60.
