Manifolds for 6/71 superchargers and the like do exist; but I am in Australia and maybe they are only locally made and sold. You can put a centrifugal (eg vortech) or screw (eg whipple) supercharger onto any motor, but you'll need some custom piping. Problem with roots type s/c's on cleveland (and for that matter windsor) engines is that the distributor sits straight up in the way where the supercharger pulley needs to be. you can get kits which angle the distributor off to the side , also i have seen kits which have the supercharger pulley offset (to the left or right of the centre of the engine). Other than this, you can have a normal setup but the supercharger will stick way out of your hood, too high to be legal.
If you cant get the manifolds for roots type blowers in the US, you can always get them imported from australia. just need to make some calls around, they do exist.

I seachered the Holley and Edelbrock master catalog but couldn't find any roots type supercharger for 351C/M/400 or the big blocks. If really want to go forced induction route, consider turbocharging your engine if you can find someone who's good at bending pipes. And remember, high boost and not enough fuel makes engine go BOOM!

These guys have the manifold for the Cleveland (as well as the 351M/400) but it ain't cheap!

www.partscavengers.com has a BDS blower kit for $2600.00. Retail directly from BDS is $3246.11. Just thought i would pass along some info.
