obd II
Does a 94 ranger with a 4.0 use a obd II for the check engine light. If so where is it located. Its my truck at work and it throws a CEL once and a while and i wasnt sure if it used some other system.

Yeah and the first ones were very sensitive, by 96 would throw a code if I sneezed. I was taking it back to ford every couple of months to get checked and reset. Since I've had a 2000, 01 and 04 rangers, I modded them and everything else without throwing a code.
