Warn Manual Hubs
Just bought a set of warn manual hubs and are going to put them in today.. Can anyone tell me.. when you take the original auto hubs out.. Do you have to take the old retainer clip off as well.. ??? Any install tips would be appreciated !!!!!

yes the remove the big snap ring holding in the stock hub remove the hub done, the warn will have a retainer for the hub body them the cap bolts to the hub body, u do not reuse anything stock for the conversion. do not mess with the small snap ring on the stub axle towards the back of the hub assy.

Rusty.. So I just pull the old hubs out and stick the warns in.. simple as that... ?? You know the circlip that I'm talking about ??? It's the one that you see after you pull the original hubs out.. it holds the axle's in I believe ... I would guess you just leave it in there !!!

yep that simple. the small clip on the shaft is the one that u do not need to mess with. old out new body in install reatining ring(comes with hub) screw cap onto body, 15 minutes both sides done. if the stock hub sticks after u remove the retaining clip tap it with a hammer all the way around while u wiggle it and pull it out.
