Are you getting axle wrap? If you lifted it and used blocks ditch them and get new

If it's a street truck then you probably don't have blocks and don't have to worry
about clearance issues so these would work, I do like the ones with the turnbuckles
for tension adjustment but probably isn't needed I just like the way it looks.
Blocks put added leverage for the torque of the axle to twist the springs and really
are not worth the money they supposedly save since one good romp and too much
traction will cause you to wreck your driveshaft or worse!! Then you will be replacing

New springs look better then the liftblocks and even those add aleafs and a smaller
set of blocks would be way better then giant 4" blocks you have now!
