Why bother heating the oil in the tank. just heat what you use as you use it. like the Artic fox.
seems a wast to heat all that oil. plus it will take to long.

I am thinking of building my own WVO conversion using a dual tank selector valve, a seperate fuel tank, and another fuel pump. If I use a toolbox tank what is the best way to heat it? I thought about using a big power inverter (which I have) with electric heaters because I am not quite sure how to build a heater that uses hot coolant from the engine. Also if I heat the tank do I need to heat the fuel lines too?
David- Yes, there is plenty of flow and heat in the heater core lines to heat a 100 gallons of oil sufficiently. Realize, the stuff in the tank only needs to be fluid, not 180 degrees. You might check out our heated tanks. You don't have to buy a whole system. We sell our special made coolant heated tanks seperately. The toolbox tanks are pretty awesome.
MtDew- That is what we used to do, was use a hotfox, but found that insufficient in extremely cold weather. Besides, it costs less to have the OEM manufacturer modify the tanks to our specs, then to buy the tank and add the Hotfox. Plus the end result is much cleaner.
