the engine i just bought has a performance cam, 4bbl with intake. what do you guys suggest i work on next. i figured headers would be a good next step but didnt know if it would be that big of a gain in HP. what would you guys do next?

Well I guess it depends on how much you got to spend And how fast you want to go.
I can rememeber back when I was younger and didn't have lots of cash to throw at my projects how I had to plan on what I need next.Boy Life sucked back then Much better these days.
The way I worked it was Cam,Timing Gears,Intake,Headers,Carb,K&N Filters.. then as you get more cash you can work on upgrading Heads,Rollerizing the valve train,Porting,3"Daul Free Flowing Exhaust, MSD Igition, Clutching, Bigger Tires, Higher Gears.. On An On An on.....
