Installing B&W hitch
Its on a 96 F250, the 1 inch holes did not want to line up, with out grinding releifs so the side plates would clear the shock bracket rivets, and had to try to move bed closer to the cab, the outfit I got it from says they gota line up, and so did the factory guy. Anyone else have problems with this? The instructions said the hole in the bed at 49 inches from rear, its right on the money.
Also I want to put ride rites on it, and that 1 inch bolt would not let the bracket fit in position.

Do you have pictures? It is the correct deal, it wasn't sent to me I got it from a local dealer in hitches. I even talked to the factory rep. Something could be tweaked on the truck as well. Maybe the 1 inch holes are off towards the front some, and yes maybe the side rails are off, but since I ground on them I don't think they would take em back.

Well I got the 1 inch holes to line up. I got the bolts in and the ride rite brackets clear the bolt as long as it does not have a washer on it.
Its a long bed, I'm doing another post on it. I wish I knew how to put pictures on here.
