MBRP 4" aluminized or SS
OK which to go with. Stock exhausts are aluminized and after 8 years no signs of rusting out. SO is Aluminized just as good and sound the same as lets say the SS409 piping. I dont see a reason for the 304

Just put my exhaust on a few weeks ago. The original was on it and it showed some wear. All depending on where you live is how long it will last(winter and salted streets). I went with the 409 SS and like it a lot better than the stock alum.

I'm in Alaska and despite the winter im going to be buying the 4" aluminum since my stock looks fine. I just want the better sound. Kind of lame you have to spend more to strait pipe tho, and its alot more. Be nice if they sold a strait pipe kit instead.

stock is definately not SS with the 00 model. Maybe later years but I am not sure. My current exhaust is just fine with no problem but want the additioanl power and sound. I bought the aluminized 4inch mbrp from thorobreddiesel.com yesterday.
