T5 - adapters

I was searching on the net and found someone doing T5 adapters for the 223 and Y blocks... Anyone with any experience with these?

I think I will keep the 223 for a while, eventually will switch to something more modern .....fuel cell?

If I have to swap out the tranny, just curious what my options may be.
