I can honestly say that "I have not had any problems with Mastercraft products or the company honoring their warranty". I think sometimes it depends on the store as they are all indepedantly owned so each one might have their own policy's. Dad always bought Craftsman, swore by them, but I don't like the price.

I've never had any trouble exchanging abused or overworked tools at Crappy tire before.
