I may be able to get it as close as Ohio next year. The reason I ask about the rear end is once you notch it you are pretty much stuck with replacing the frame if you want to do the IRS later. elgemcdlf, could you post a pic of your engine mounts? I dont understand how you did yours. I have looked at several and thay all look like good ideas, but am always looking for a better way. Mine will also have a winsdor in it.
I have spent hours and hours researching this swap, and dont understand why the 03 up front end will fit, but the 03 up rearend is to wide. They must be the same width. I would be grateful for any help. I will be using 05 up mustang bullitt wheels on mine, I have read they have the same offset as the org. crown vic wheels

I thought the problem was that the pumpkin was off center on the newer rears.
