As the diagram shows, its the last one on the right if you are standing at the front of the truck looking toward the cab. It's way back in there. I would recommend getting a universal socket for easier access.

Hi, fixin to change plugs here. do you have to remove the fuel rail to get that cop off the #8? Any help is appreciated.
I would strongly recommend against removing the fuel rail. Granted, getting at the COP bolts is a bit tough, particularly on 7, but you should be able to get to it using a universal socket, a slim 1/4" drive and - if I recall correctly - a 7 MM socket. At first I had trouble doing the swap but you get good at it after a few times. Make sure to lube up the COPS with dielectric grease and pay particular attention to tightening # 8. You might need a cement block to stand on but get those COPs tight or you will get water in them and the truck will start to miss. You'll also want a universal spark plug socket and extensions that lock well. Good luck.
Well, I shouldn't have jumped the gun and waited for your replies, but I was trying to get it done before the bad weather hit. Getting to the bolts was never an issue with me, it was getting the COPS out from under the fuel rail I was concerned about. If you read "EFI Newbie needs help" you can see I should have waited. Now I have a bigger issue!
